We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
$18 - $25 CAD Flat Rate Shipping within Canada. All flat rate boxes include tracking and on-time delivery guarantee across the country, varying by destination.
** Please note the set shipping rate at checkout is $25, we will refund you any overpaid shipping charges based on the size of Prepaid Shipping Box actually used for your happy mail.
$40.00 CAD Flat Rate shipping to the contiguous US. This service includes tracking.
Please Note: The letter mail snail mail option is only available for very small packages that lay flat and are sent in Canada. Your product will be placed in a plastic envelope and sent via Canada Post's regular mail service. There is NO tracking, insurance, or arrival date estimate with this shipping method.
International shipping outside of contiguous US will be charged at actual rate.In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing or remains undelivered on its way to you, we will do everything we can to help track it down. We cannot take responsibility for undelivered or lost packages, so please contact the post office with the tracking number provided.
Taxes and duties for International orders have not been collected and may be due upon clearing customs. Duties are not typically charged on cotton fabrics.

Returns Policy
All fabric sales are final: No return, No cancellation, No refund.
You may return all other product categories (other than fabric or fabric kits). They must be in the original package, for unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a Store Credit at original price paid minus 25% in fees (for administrative and inventory management) unless the return reason is related to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If not, the return shipping will be at your cost. If you prefer a Refund rather than a Store Credit, please let us know in writing as soon as possible.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
